  “My customers and I have tried to communicate with Mr Daffroll for over a week. He did a survey for my seller in 2009 but there were no metes and bounds that the seller could find. We left message after message for him because the title co will not close the deal without them. All he had to do was get us a copy and if he didn't have a copy just charge us to get them. Its a 10 acre property and I left all the info on his voicemail. The very least he could have done was return a call, Now the sellers will have to pay for a whole new survey. He charged over $2,000 for just a boundary survey. I will never ever use this company and will tell other agents the way this was handled.”
