  “Very very poorly. I Requested and paid my deposit of $2,547.30 for a boundary and topographic survey on 8/2/21, in person to Mr. Winston. Mr. Winston stated he would complete surveys by 8/21 or 9/21. To date, 7/2/22, I have not received the surveys. I have filed a lien against Mr. Winston and his business.”
