Garrard Land Surveying Beware of this business “Mr. Garrard did a survey for us in 2020 and his product was an absolute disgrace. We gave him very specific written information about the property and the exact physical location which we desired to have surveyed out and the survey he presented to us did not resemble the area we described to him in writing. His bogus survey was completed in straight lines from our existing property in order to minimize his personal effort and time required and to maximize his profits. He did not survey the property out as we requested as this would have necessitated several different angles and more time and effort. He agreed to redo the survey and this time he surveyed a second property into our property which did not belong to us. I sent him an email requesting that he redo the survey properly and he has refused to respond to our request. We believe he purposefully and willfully provided us an invalid survey in an attempt to cost us additional monies for an honest surveyor to provide us a valid document. I would hope my review would prevent other people from hiring an unscrupulous person who tries to take advantage and provides a useless property document.”
